Bio
After previous cooperation with INESS, he joined the team as a new member in 2012. He studied at the Faculty of Economics and Administration, Masaryk University in Brno and he also completed his Master’s degree at the University of Aberdeen. He is interested in economic policy, business environment and competitiveness, with special focus on health care, retail and energy sectors. Creator of the Bureaucracy index and Health for Money Index.
