Bio
Richard has been working at INESS since 2006. After graduating from the Faculty of Natural Sciences, Comenius University in Bratislava, he completed postgraduate studies at the Institute of Chemistry of the Slovak Academy of Sciences, where he worked as a researcher - biochemist. He focuses on Economic policy, Public finance, Intellectual property rights. He is also a fellow of the French IREF.
